TIM BISHOP served as U.S. Representative for New York’s 1st Congressional District from 2003 to 2015. He is a twelfth generation resident of Southampton. He has been named Distinguished Professor of Civic Engagement and Public Service on the Long Island campus of  St. Joseph’s College
