Join us for an illustrated lecture presented by Charlotte M. Frieze, a noted garden writer, frequent lecturer and artist. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects, a member of the New York Botanical Garden Horticultural Committee, and author of Private Paradise, Social Gardens, and The Zone Garden series. The lecture will be followed by a tour of several nearby East Hampton gardens. Tour locations will be announced at the library after the lecture.

Charlotte M. Frieze, a noted garden writer, frequent lecturer and artist, was the garden editor at House & Garden magazine for nine years. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects, and a member of the New York Botanical Garden Horticultural Committee. She is the author of Private Paradise, Social Gardens, and The Zone Garden series. A former resident of New York City and Little Compton, she and her husband, the photographer, filmmaker and publisher, Peter C. Jones, now live in Los Angeles. author photo by Peter C. Jones
